Jonathan Casillas

Officially retiring from the NFL in 2018 Jonathan wanted to continue to help others, so he set his eyes on the cannabis industry. Partnering with Chloe Villano of Clover Leaf University, he is the co-founder and the CEO of Jade’s Garden, a multifaceted wellness line geared toward the pro athlete. Charlana McKeithen

Deputy Executive Director NORML NJ

Charlana McKeithen is an advocate, educator, consultant, patient and public speaker that comes from a lineage of successful entrepreneurs. She has worked for over 25 years in the areas of Information Technology and Business Data Analyst. She also holds a Real Estate Broker-Salesperson license for over 15 years. Charlana interacts with many diverse groups including community leaders and politicians. Her rich experiences began by attending catholic schools (from grades 2-12) and church before class five days a week, in addition to Sunday service (literally 6 days a week in God's house). The result of that was a strong reinforcement of the message to say "NO" to drugs.
As an adult Charlana was diagnosed with several health issues, including chronic pain. she spent years of treatment only to learn she could not find relief in any of the medicines. After the many failures with medications, she was introduced to cannabis for the medical benefits. Finally, she found a treatment that helped, and she has been an advocate for cannabis ever since.
She wears many leadership hats with organizations like DelawareCAN, Delaware Norml, Minorities for Medical Marijuana (M4MM) and now the Deputy Executive Director for Norml New Jersey which promotes and fights for: education, equity, social justice, access and opportunity for all. These are some of the many initiatives that are offered and supported. Charlana has organized and hosted networking and community educational events in NJ & NY for M4MM. She has had the honor to speak at events for: M4MM, WomenGrow, Patients Out Of Time 13th Medical Conference and 20th Anniversary Global Cannabis March (DE Norml)
