Matthew Kutch, CEO, Woah Flow. Woah Flow will serve as a model for client experience, education, empathy, and product choice in the cannabis industry. Our dispensary is more than the sum of it's parts, valuing each human who enters our space. 

Leslie Hoffman is a pioneer in the field of sustainability.  She holds a degree in architecture and design, worked as a carpenter and green builder for ten years before joining Earth Pledge Foundation as executive director (1994-2010). She has been with Harmony since 2015.

Hoffman has identified and promoted innovative techniques and technologies that restore the balance between human and natural systems throughout her career. She supported drug policy reform starting in 1995, and was a partner in a hemp fashion company 1996-1998. In addition to her role at Harmony, she is currently a licensed hemp farm owner in North Carolina.

Harmony Dispensary was the 6th licensed operator to be granted permission to provide NJ patients with medical marijuana.  With patient access at the top of the list for the recent NJMMP program expansion, the Harmony location will be a significant enhancement for patients.  With the majority of the population in NJ in the northern part of the State, Harmony provides patients with an easy alternative to travelling to other parts of the state. Patients who are also commuters into New York City will certainly find this location extremely convenient.

Hope Wiseman is the founder of Mary and Main a dispensary set to open up in Prince George’s County, Maryland, making Wiseman the youngest dispensary owner in the U.S.  Wiseman started the business with her mother, Dr. Octavia Simkins-Wiseman, and co-founders, Dr. Larry Bryant and Dexter Parker. Admittedly, she and her mother didn’t know too much about the industry but, what she did know was, there was a real market opportunity.
