Jontae has over 15 years in SaaS sales and marketing. Prior to starting Bluntli, Jontae has led a boutique venture capital organization’s sales and marketing for early-stage start-ups. He is passionate about entrepreneurship and launched a consumer-driven mobile app created to promote a more active, connected and productive employees called Your Out Of Office (YOOO!).  Along with a community building solution aimed towards entertainment industry & media agencies to develop business partners to align resources with social media platforms - celebrity campaigns, political media campaign, news releases, events and promotions. He holds a BA from University of St. Francis in business management.

Sahar Ayinehsazian is an attorney in Vicente Sederberg's Los Angeles office, where she focuses on cannabis banking, corporate transactions, and regulations. With her specialized knowledge, Sahar helped to establish and currently co-leads the Vicente Sederberg's Banking and Financial Services Department. As a member of the National Cannabis Industry Association’s Banking Access Committee, Sahar also works on strategy and educational advocacy to enable state-licensed businesses to obtain accounts at depository institutions.

Prior to joining Vicente Sederberg, Sahar served as the Director of Regulatory and Governmental Affairs at a multi-state money transmitter servicing the cannabis industry, where she developed a comprehensive understanding of credit card flow, banking and cannabis compliance. She holds a Bachelor of Arts, with honors, from the University of California, San Diego and a law degree from Loyola Law School, where she was a Loyola Scholar. 

Eric Kaufman is a strategic business development and financial professional with more than 20 years of experience building businesses, as well as creating and cultivating unique revenue streams within the construct of going concerns.  Eric possesses a unique ability to see ahead of the curve and exploit such opportunities through both organic growth and M&A activities.
 
Prior to joining Dama Financial as Chief Revenue Officer, Eric was a Vice President, Financial Advisor at Bernstein, a global research and financial wealth management firm.  Eric joined Bernstein following the sale and subsequent reacquisition of his firm, PSE Management, a leading sports, entertainment and brand management and licensing agency. Eric led PSE's
growth from a boutique NFL representation firm, to a full-service management, marketing and
licensing agency representing NFL players, coaches, entertainers and intellectual property. 

Before spearheading efforts at PSE Management, Eric served as the Business Development Manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa for Euronet Worldwide, a global provider of
electronic payment and transaction processing solutions for financial institutions, retailers, service providers and individual consumers. Responsible for launching new business lines
across existing distribution platforms, Eric spent more than 2 years living in and working across Central and Eastern Europe.

Cofounder and CEO of Alt Thirty Six, Ken Ramirez has leveraged his knowledge of innovation and transformative enterprise growth to become a visionary leader in the future of blockchain technology and digital payments. Ken in the final stages of completing his Doctorate in Business Administration with his research focused on the effects of blockchain scalability on the consumer adoption of digital currency. His goal is to be well positioned upon publication to incorporate his research findings into a product strategy that will have far-reaching implications for the future of the blockchain industry as a whole.

He works to advocate on behalf of our member-companies in the legislative, regulatory, legal, and public policy arenas to invigorate the growth and sustainability of Arizona.
