Charlie Wilson is Chief Revenue Officer and a Director at Green Bits, the leading retail and compliance management platform for the legal cannabis industry. He leads business development, sales, marketing, and customer success. Green Bits processes $3 billion in annual sales of legal cannabis on behalf of its customers, or approximately 1 in every 4 dollars sold in the United States.Â
Prior to Green Bits, Charlie served in leadership roles at numerous leading technology, payments and commerce companies for more than 20 years. Most recently, Charlie was Chief Executive Officer of Commerce Sync, a venture backed software company serving retail and restaurant small businesses. He also held executive positions at publicly traded payments companies, Visa and Green Dot. Charlie earned a bachelor's in engineering at Arizona State University and a master's in engineering at Stanford University.

Ian is an inventor, patent holder, and lifelong entrepreneur with over 28 years of experience in tech, startups and senior management. He’s worked in over a dozen countries, including forming his own European company providing CRM/SFA services to large multinational corporations. His international experience led to a senior management role at the 2002 Winter Olympic Games overseeing a diverse staff of 325
persons streamlining and improving event services operations.
Ian has since held senior roles at technology start-ups as well as well-established, publicly traded companies. His focus on payment systems and emerging new markets led to a senior operations role at a FinTech startup where he cultivated strategic partnerships in the banking world. Ian
facilitated a unique payment network comprising of merchant services and online money transfers as alternatives to traditional payment methods such as checks, money orders, and credit cards.
Currently specializing in banking and payment systems servicing the regulated cannabis industry providing innovative financial solutions for traditional cash-based operations; he is also a cannabis advocate with the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML), holding the role of Secretary with NORML’s Orange County, CA chapter.Â
Antonio Frazier is the VP of Operations at CannaSafe, the first ISO licensed cannabis lab in the world, and the leading marketshare holder in California. He met CannaSafe President Aaron Riley while playing football together at Furman University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree; he also holds a B.S. in Materials Engineering from Clemson.
Frazier began his career as a Nuclear Quality Engineer for the Tennessee Valley Authority, certifying and verifying final construction of nuclear components. He then moved into aerospace engineering, performing quality assurance for the foundry, testing lab, heat treat, and special finishing departments for SKF USA (Baltimore). Frazier enjoys using his industrial, public safety focused skillset to forge the standards of a burgeoning industry; cannabis is a huge bonus.Â
