Joel is the SVP of BizDev for TILT Holdings- CSE traded cannabis technology & infrastructure company with recent acquisitions of Jupiter Sciences ($210M), Blackbird ($50M), and Standard Farms ($40M).

Prior to merging to form TILT alongside Sante Veritas, Sea Hunter Therapeutics, and Briteside; Joel was Baker Technologies' Chief Executive Officer and responsible for overseeing every aspect of Baker. He co-founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer and a director of Baker since inception in 2014. Prior to that, he served as the Co-Founder of infoHubs, which provided portals between New York City and the visitors on the ground who wanted to find out about local events, stores, and restaurants. 

Seun Adedeji, Founder & CEO of Elev8 Cannabis, emigrated to the United States at the age of 3. $50K and a bit of ambition helped him become Oregon's youngest African American dispensary owner at 23.

He's since used the success of his Oregon dispensary to establish a foothold in Massachusetts, where he has 3 retail dispensaries in the pipeline and is 8th out of 700 applicants in priority.

The first dispensary is slated to open in April. He also signed a multimillion-dollar financing deal with TILT Holdings under their TIP program which will soon be unveiled through partnerships with social equity applicants throughout California.
