Primarily focused on the cannabis industry, he has worked with more than 30 of the most prestigious brands in the space, spoke a cannabis events nationwide, and is currently Council for Weedweek, a cannabis publication based in Los Angeles.
Prior to Hawke, Madison co-founded and launched three brands while consulting on dozens of other projects with clients in a variety of industries. This experience led to his passion of supporting brand’s growth. As an entrepreneur and brand marketing expert, Madison has become a trusted advisor and partner to companies of all shapes and sizes including Hawke Ventures.
Tatiana Grant is a metro-Detroit native who has had an entrepreneurial spirit since a young age. After working for organizations including the Detroit Su-per Bowl XL Host Committee, The Taubman Co., and The Palace Sports & En-tertainment, she pondered the idea of starting her own public relations and event planning company, and Infused PR & Events (Infused) was formed.

Under Grant's influence and execution, Infused manages sponsorship relations for clients and has managed approximately $10M for clients (to date). Grant is also the Principal of 2050 Partners, Inc., and integrated marketing agency with a focus on social impact, community impact and diversity & inclusion. Clients include: Chandler Park Academy, Michigan State Police, DTE Energy, and Walker-Miller Energy Services. Last, Grant is the President of Cultivate MI Solutions, Michigan’s only licensed cannabis marketing agency.
